Looking back at the creative ways that people have supported Feed The Heroes

The creation of a cookbook, the sale of ‘burger kits’, an abundance of cake sales! You auctioned toys, signed jerseys, donated a walk with Ruby Walsh and a visit to Jessica Harrington’s yard. You designed t-shirts, you dressed up, you dressed down! Active sports challenges featured prominently, with people taking part in pilates classes, yoga classes, a national rugby run, golf challenges, marathons (within 2km, a challenge in itself!) and cycled from Galway to Wuhan (9,176km). There were even virtual walks. Artists designed ‘Thank You’ cards for the frontliners and beautiful paintings such as ‘Girl with the Mask’. Others shaved their heads, had raffles, gave up pocket money and nights out.

You stayed home. Thank you for your efforts..

Our friends at Manor Farm successfully concluded their cookbook project this week raising in excess of €8,000 for Feed The Heroes. To celebrate, they have asked us to share the link to the Manor Farm Feed The Heroes Cookbook with all of you.

So, there’s one for everyone in the audience. Enjoy!
